1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SystemDesign.website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description & Digital Access

SystemDesign.website is an educational software platform providing high-level distributed systems curricula, interactive architecture studios, quizzes, and interview preparation content.

• Free Tier: Access to selected introductory foundational modules (Modules 1.1, 1.2, 1.3).
• Pro Subscriptions & Lifetime Pass: Unrestricted access to all 61 modules, 21 flagship case studies, and the Architecture Studio canvas.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, or as a single one-time payment for Lifetime Access. Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (Razorpay and Dodo Payments). You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account settings.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide world-class distributed system design learning content.

• Monthly & Annual Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your billing cycle. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of purchase, contact support@systemdesign.website for a full refund.
• Lifetime Access: Lifetime passes provide permanent access. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI / Card / NetBanking) within 5–7 business days via our payment partner Razorpay.

5. Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

All services offered on SystemDesign.website are 100% digital goods and online educational materials.

No physical shipping is required. Upon successful payment authorization, Pro features, all 61 modules, and Architecture Studio tools are unlocked instantly and automatically for your account. A digital receipt will be emailed immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, interactive diagrams, visual architectures, and software code are the intellectual property of SystemDesign.website. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell curriculum materials without prior written consent.
